Order Entry and Confirmation: Input orders into the system promptly and confirm the details with the customer to ensure accuracy.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers and address any queries.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on order status.

• Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other teams (e.g., sales, inventory, and shipping) to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

• Maintaining Order Records: Keep organized records of all incoming orders, ensuring they are tracked and followed up on as needed.

• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Recommend additional products or services to customers based on their order history and preferences, when appropriate.
